"Inside, the ship was as beautifully crafted as on the outside. From the exterior, it was slender, armored and sleek, perfectly built for a smooth ride through the sky. He examined the dials in front of him, not daring to remove his hands from the arms of the chair to touch anything, so he satisfied himself with his vision. Occasionally he would glance over to the other man, whose gloved hands darted expertly around the dashboard, cranking dials round, adjusting small levers and pressing knobs here and there when necessary. His hands weren't a blur, but there was definite fluidity which could only have come from hours of practice and preparation. He was probably the only person who could fly the thing too - no doubt he'd forgotten to write an instruction manual when he'd built it. "
I love this. Guess who wrote it? *grins with pride*
