TT1 Part 1

I feel I should respect the memory of this amazing time with Hannah, Rach & Nat by recounting it in here. There hasn't been quite an experience like it in my life before and I miss Hannah & Rachel so much it hurts. I'm very excited, however, for our second meetup at Christmas, even if the train journey will be expensive; it will bloody be worth it.

So this all happened from the 12th of August 2009 - 15th August 2009. It was a Wednesday when we picked them up; Nat & myself hurried along in good time over to Piccadilly Station in Manchester to wait for the first of our arrivals. Hannah's train turned up first after a half-an-hour wait of Natalie & myself arriving a little early. We greeted her with hugs. Now, I had reservations about whether or not I'd really like Hannah (and Rachel) in person, but from the moment we sat down and hurried over to Platform 12 to wait for the train we thought Rachel was on, we just ... it was seriously just Hannah transported from MSN talking to a full-bodied form of NAHHAN <3.

We sat on a bench for a while or two, before realizing this WASN'T the train that Rachel was on, because the train arrived at the same time and none of the people getting off the train looked anything like Rachel. After the dilemma of pondering if people we could only see from the back were Hannah, she proved easy to find when we actually saw her, so we knew Rachel would be a doddle since she has such distinctive hair xD.

Ok so after we'd found everyone at the train station we hurried off to eat in the Trafford Centre, at an Italian restaurant. I forget it's name, but it was really really great food, even the mushrooms which looked like slugs :). Natalie disappeared off for a while to find a cashpoint, so in this amount of time Rach & Hannah and myself all ordered some water, which subsequently resulted in me getting all the lemon pieces (DNW!) and swapping drinks with Nat while she was away. I don't think she knows ;)

At this restaurant we were actually pretty picky - I mean, we asked for another fork because it had watermarks on it, but rightly so. And the waiter was fabbo about it all so we gave them a tip when we paid. The main memories from the restaurant were backwards boy = a small boy walking backwards. Now a superhero. Aspires to be like Joshua Kennedy *salute*, and Hannah handing out presents (lovely bracelets in wooden boxes! Thanks so much Nahhan <3!) from Morocco where she spent a good deal of her summer holiday.

We all traipsed back to Nat's to drop off their baggage before we departed yet again over to the Printworks for our 3D screening appointment at the IMAX for HP6. We'd all already seen it, so naturally we had a good lol at most parts (especially all the sexual innuendo mostly delivered by Snape. Namely him and Draco in the corridor - "But I don't NEED protection Professor!" - "You're looking uptight... let me assist you, Draco." NO. WRONG. And, on the Friday evening after Hannah had unfortunately disappeared from our ranks back off down to Surrey, Rachel & the Beresford Sisters made up a Slughorn remix ( "MISS WEASLEY! AH AH, MISS WEASLEY! ADMIRING, ADMIRING, ADMIRING MY HOURGLASS, MY HOURGLASS, WALLENBY! GOOD TO SEE YOU TOO, ARAGOG. MY HOURGLASS WILL LINGER ONNNNN... POOF! BUT THATS LIFE I SUPPOOSSSEEEE....") which when we get the DVD we're going to actually compose with clips. On Youtube. Be there or be square. Hannah we'll share this delight with you. <3 )

We also very much enjoy now, saying what "will decayyy..." but what "lingers onnnn..." :D Slughorn ROCKS.

Following HP6 we caught the bus back, not too late mind, because MCR city centre is scary after 9PM. Most bus journeys during Travtiems consisted of us all being really stupid at the back and laughing a lot, and hopefully not annoying all the other people on the bus. :) I pulled a lot of funny faces. I can't help it. The combination of the Travist Quartet makes me do things that I certainly don't regret. x) Also on a lot of the buses after a while we just ended up looking out of the windows if we didn't have anything to say (actually this started when we were taking Hannah back to the station on the Friday morning, I think by then we were all really sad that we would soon depart from each other's company) looking out of the windows and looking for people who resembled our characters from 25PP :D we are so awesome! I love being our little quartet because Rach & Hannah & Nat are just the kind of people you can DO those silly things with and they don't even hold it against you that you do really sad things like that because with them... it's NOT sad. :D And they understand about everything argehgiopewjop <3

The chipshop near Nat's is really great, and we had a good lol at the sign on the wall about using condoms, and Rach got a bag for her F&C because she does things properly like Basil Wardrobe :) but me&nat are northernly hard so we dont need a bag. Not sure why Hannah didn't get one. [snugs her] We nommed down a great deal of F&C & tea while sat in front of Watchmen when we got back into the house. Hannah hadn't seen it yet so it was great for her to see it 8D she ROLLY LOYKD THOT WON. We also spoke a great deal of BOTMON SPOOK and shared so many jokes it was unbelievable. They're pretty much all recorded down in my notebook. xD

I did spend a lot of the first couple of hours with them trying to refrain from talking about 25PP but by the time we were all in bed, Nat having brought her mattress down into the lounge for Hannah, Rach & myself in the blow up bed and Nat small enough to squeeze onto a sofa, we ended up just giggling away until about 4 in the morning about various things ( URRRRRRST THE BLUEBELL included :D ! and this was the time I finally fessed up that I thought Tom has Hiroshima Hair. Oh the joys <3) There were so many firsts about this whole first day ... the first time I've ever met up with anyone from the Internet. I'm really glad I did. And I'm really glad they're the nicest friends I've ever had. Really, they are definitely up there with Nat as my closest friends. I've known Rachel since last year in about March/April 2008, whereas I've known Hannah since May 2009. :D I've known Nat since I was born, yo.

So that was the first day. Wednesday = OVER. Tomorrow I'll recount THURSDAY.
