I love gaming more than I love films or books.

Films are like visualised books. Games are like interactive films. There's a plot, characters, etc etc, but instead of just watching the game, you get to play it, be it, live it. I realized over the weekend as I completed Bioshock 2, that games really are more immersive and emotional affect me more than a film does, if the game has a particularly emotional plot. Of course, it has to be done well - like Heavy Rain, for example. That is an example of a game which kept me hooked because I felt I had emotional involvement with the characters.

I dunno. It's just nice to be able to feel that strongly about my entertainment.
