Buses.
"This is the second time I've had to make a complaint - maybe not much, but nonetheless I shouldn't have to complain at all. I'm astounded by the general unreliability and erratic arrivals of this bus service - I find more and more that I am having to wait for the next bus (usually AN HOUR LATER) because one of the services doesn't turn up e.g. this morning - all buses from 6.30-7.50 arrived. I needed to catch the 8.30 bus (times are approximations) and walked to the Holme bus terminal to find that 1. the K14 school bus was 10 minutes late and subsequently waited 20 minutes for the 8.30 bus which failed to arrive. I am now waiting for the 9.30 bus. Nonetheless, I am at college and I will miss one of my lessons which is a regular occurrence and also regular inconvenience due to these "missed" bus services. You must understand that this severely affects my education, although there is nothing I can do about this as alternative transports are not available, I cannot afford driving lessons and these unreliable bus services are becoming a huge inconvenience for me. I fail to understand how a bus service can simply "not arrive". I hope that your next reply is faster than your last reply to my earlier complaint (around February) took at least twice as long as I was informed it would take to get a reply. Thankyou for your time."
My complaint to Metro. I hope they bloody do something about this fucking service.
